Built in 2006, the Walter C. Koerner Forestry Centre offers full retreat services. This is the ideal place for meetings, retreats, and conferences. Enjoy comfortable accommodations for up to 40 people, a conference room with modern AV equipment and WiFi, a private dining area, and fireside lounging all under one roof.

Meals inclusive rates start from $208 CAD/person per night based on shared occupancy and group size.

Johnson Yew and Arbutus Cabins

8,471 sq. ft. Sleeps 10 to 32 guests with shared accommodation

Opened in 2009, these 2 adjoining modern log cabins are a welcome addition to Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat Centre. Both the Yew and Arbutus Cabins are each complete with comfortable lounge areas, cosy fireplaces, large multi-purpose rooms with heated floors, and 8 peaceful sleeping rooms per building.

Each bedroom has 2 beds, a writing desk, and WiFi, and both buildings are connected on the ground floor.

Meals-inclusive rates start from $133 CAD/person per night (Adult) and $104 CAD/person per day (Youth) based on shared occupancy. Linen service extra.

An ideal venue for groups looking for an all-in-one meeting plus accommodation plus a kitchenette venue. Located steps away from the Bentley Family Dining Hall.

STUDENT CENTRE & TREVOR LINDEN GYMNASIUM

11,248 sq. ft. Sleeps 15 to 63 guests with shared accommodation

The Student Centre offers the ultimate multi-purpose facility. The Student Centre has 7 large bedrooms each outfitted with 4 sets of Douglas-fir bunk beds and a great view of the lake. A brand new dock creates a perfectly contained swimming area.

Our near full-size Trevor Linden gymnasium is perfect for all types of physical activity and is an excellent Plan B in the event of inclement weather.

FRIENDS & Alumni CABIN

1,001 sq. ft. Sleeps up to 8 with shared accommodation

This 2-storey cabin, perched high on a hill offers quaint, comfortable lakeview accommodations. The upstairs loft is equipped with 4 beds and each of the 2 bedrooms on the main floor has 2 beds. The washroom on the main floor has 2 shower facilities.

Other amenities include a small bar-style refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, a double induction burner, kettle, and a coffee maker.

Thunder INn

1,603 sq. ft. Sleeps up to 8 with shared accommodation

This single storey cabin is located conveniently between the Koerner Lodge, the Johnson Cabins, and the Bentley Family Dining Hall. It offers guests a middle-of-the-action location, and an ideal footing for program leaders or small groups on a budget.

Ideal for: Cost-conscious guests wanting to be in the middle of it all, but still need their own space


THE BENTLEY FAMILY DINING HALL

For many people coming to Loon Lake, the Dining Hall is the heart of the experience. Mealtime allows people to gather together and share their excitement and experiences. The dining hall is a 2-minute walk from the sleeping accommodations in camp and and comfortably accommodates up to 160 adults in the winter months. In the summer months an additional 40 can be seated outside on the deck. The dining hall can be configured for a variety of uses. 

Our professionally-equipped kitchen and trained staff offer healthy, nutritious meals throughout the day. Choose from our menu options or let our superior kitchen staff plan great meals for you. When more than one group is booked into Loon Lake, guests may be required to share the dining hall with other guests. If your group requires a private lunch, please request this with our Reservations Coordinator. All meals are served buffet style and include coffee, tea, hot chocolate a selection of juices and water as well as dessert with both dinner and lunch.
