Step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in a weekend of rest, reflection, and gentle movement. This Yoga & Meditation Retreat offers a calming, relaxation-based approach to yoga, welcoming participants of all experience levels to practice at their own pace and ability.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy six varied activities, including Ananda yoga postures with affirmations, energization exercises to restore vitality, seated meditation, and a walking meditation hike in nature. Between sessions, there is ample time to rest, journal, enjoy quiet moments by the lake, sip tea, or simply nap.
The retreat includes six nourishing vegetarian meals and comfortable accommodations in the Koerner Building, featuring a dedicated dining hall with indoor and outdoor seating, a yoga room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a mix of private and shared rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Come relax, unwind, and recenter in a supportive, peaceful environment designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
