A redesigned high and low ropes course is coming in 2027
We’re excited to share that Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat Centre is undertaking a full redesign and rebuild of its high and low ropes course, with a new course anticipated to open in Spring 2027.
The new ropes course is part of our ongoing commitment to providing safe, sustainable, and high-quality experiences for our guests. The redesigned course will create new opportunities for challenge, collaboration, learning, and outdoor recreation, while supporting group programming and youth experiences for years to come.
Designed and Built with Challenges Unlimited Inc.
To bring the new ropes course to life, Loon Lake has partnered with Challenges Unlimited, an experienced leader in the design and construction of adventure and challenge course environments.
Together, we are developing a new ropes course that is thoughtfully designed for the Loon Lake setting and the diverse groups who visit the site. The project will incorporate modern course design and construction practices while creating an engaging outdoor experience that connects participants with the surrounding forest.
